User Obligations

You agree to keep your account credentials secure and notify AccuNumber immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made through approved payment gateways. By submitting payment, you authorize AccuNumber to charge the stated amount according to your selected plan.

Ownership and Content Rights

All content, code, and materials available through AccuNumber remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by Delaware law, AccuNumber is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or damages arising from use or inability to use our platform.

Changes to This Agreement

AccuNumber may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, and any disputes shall be brought before Delaware courts.
